VSA at UCD | Community Safety and Zero Tolerance Policy
VSA at UCD has a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior in all forms.
Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Discrimination or discriminatory behavior

Racist remarks or racist behavior

Physical, verbal, or emotional abuse

Sexual misconduct, sexual assault, and/or allusions to the promotion of sexual assault

Examples of this include but are not limited to: unwanted touching, hugging, patting, or leering, unwanted verbal or written conduct, gender-based insults or jokes causing embarrassment or humiliation, repeated unwanted social or sexual invitations, stalking, offensive or suggestive images or graphics

Any activity that does not comply with the law

Damaging behavior that puts other people or themselves at risk

Quid Pro Quo sexual harassment where the harasser may offer something of value for a sexual behavior
Any former or current members of our community suspected of committing such acts will be subjected to immediate investigation if necessary, removal, and prohibition from all VSA at UCD hosted or sanctioned events, or further actions will be discussed by the Board of Officers.
